Throughout Brian Delfs’ 33 year career as a Tucson Fire Department Captain he also held elected offices in the local, state and international organizations of the International Association of Fire Fighters. He currently serves as the Fire Chief of both Three Points Fire District and Avra Valley Fire District . He graduated from National Labor College with a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership & Administration and from Northern Arizona University with a Master in Administration. Brian received a gubernatorial appointment to serve as Commissioner of the Industrial Commission of Arizona and was a member of the State of Arizona Special Fund Investment Committee. Brian also served as a Fund Manager and Special Advisor of the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System and has participated on numerous other boards and committees. Brian believes in giving back and has aligned his efforts with such organizations as the United Way, Adopt-A-Family, American Cancer Society and various other charities.
