MIKE GALLOWAY, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

After serving as a Sergeant with the U.S. Marine Corps, Mike joined the police department in Mesa, Arizona. He served across several units including SWAT, Special Investigations, Field Training, Bike Unit and Honor Guard. Mike purchased his military service pension credits and retired as a police lieutenant at age 39. Upon retirement he was designated as an honorary member of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) local #2260.

 

In 2007, Arizona’s Governor, Janet Napolitano, named him a fund manager for the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS). Mike served as both the Chairman of the PSPRS Investment Committee and Chairman of the PSPRS Board. After being appointed by the speaker of the house, Mike served on the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority Board (NFL Arizona Cardinals Stadium and MLB Cactus League Stadiums).  He has served on the Board of Directors for the 100 Club (injured and fallen first responders support) and the East Valley Fire Fighters Charities.


Mike founded Public Safety Financial/Galloway based on the philosophy to “commit to serve others.” The company specializes in exceeding the financial needs of police officers, fire fighters, governmental employees and veterans.
